A Stand-Alone Second Homeowners Tax: Target non-resident luxury property to stabilize the Education Fund and relieve the tax pressure on working Vermonters.
Recapture the Trump Tax Cuts: Recapture tax breaks given to the top 1% of earners to provide immediate, structural relief for local families.
Proactive Workforce Housing: Support intentional family-friendly, housing initiatives to naturally rebuild student enrollment in declining districts.
Smart Shared-Services: Instead of stripping resources, let's move regional government services into available school spaces—retaining these facilities as vital community hubs while cutting administrative rent and maintenance costs.
We deserve fearless leadership in the State House that respects our neighbors, and shores up our local institutions.
